This is the full video of my interview with Ben Solomon who is a friend, colleague and Action Learning coach.
During the video Ben introduces the concept of Action Learning, talks a little about its history then how and where it's used in the world today. We then go through the structure of the various stages of an action learning session, and explore other similar tools and how Action Learning could be adapted for people who are not trained as Action Learning coaches and the skills learned from Action Learning that anybody could use in everyday life.
At some point in the not too near future I will post on this page some other resources to do with Action Learning, such as the structure of a session and links to some of the references that Ben makes during the video.
